Immediately after your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email is your key—it contains the secure links and step-by-step instructions to connect directly with the provider and begin their intake process on their platform.

2. If Your Product Requires Shipment (e.g., Medication, Test Kits)
For products requiring shipment, the provider's platform (which you will be linked to) will guide you through scheduling your required telehealth consultation. After your consultation and approval, the provider will arrange for the item to be shipped directly to you from their partner pharmacy or facility. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information from them.

REFUND POLICY: This purchase becomes non-refundable once either of the following occurs:

1. A service has been rendered (e.g., you have completed your telehealth consultation).
2. Your physical item has been shipped by our partner pharmacy or facility.

Due to safety and pharmacy regulations, we cannot accept returns for shipped medical products.

Option 2: Use Our Telehealth Provider Network

You can select this all-inclusive option for a consultation with a licensed provider from our vetted telehealth network to review your medical necessity.

• Transparent Pricing: The price shown for this option transparently includes the cost for the virtual consultation. You will not see a separate fee added at checkout.
• Non-Refundable Visit: Once your telehealth consultation with the provider is completed, the fee for this service is non-refundable, as it covers the provider's professional time.
• If Approved: If the provider determines the product is medically necessary for you, they will issue the order, and your product will be shipped.
• If Not Approved: If the provider determines this product is not medically necessary or appropriate for you, you will receive a full refund for the product cost only. The fee for the completed medical consultation will not be refunded.

ACCESS REQUIREMENT: To receive your instructions, you only need the ability to receive an email and download a standard PDF/access a URL. Specific technical requirements for the third-party healthcare platform will be detailed upon logging into their site.

Third-Party & User Responsibility:
Beim Health LLC is not responsible or liable for any aspect of the lab service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Scheduling availability for mobile or in-facility draws.
• The quality, function, or performance of any self-collection kit.
• User error in self-collecting a sample (e.g., blood spot).
• The sample collection process (blood draw) performed by a third party.
• Sample handling, or the accuracy and timeliness of your lab results.

Process Overview:
After your telehealth provider issues the required lab order, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with one of the following methods:

1. In-Home Mobile Draw: A partner mobile phlebotomy service will contact you to schedule an appointment at your location.
2. In-Facility Lab: You will be provided with a lab requisition form to take to a designated walk-in Patient Service Center.
3. At-Home Self-Collection Kit: You will be shipped a kit. You are solely responsible for following the included instructions to collect your own sample (e.g., blood spot) and mailing it to the designated lab in the provided packaging.

Results:
In all cases, your lab results will be sent directly to your medical provider (from the Freely Health network), who will review them and contact you with the results and next steps.
